Redline Design Group is the latest company to establish a presence in Midtown Raleigh’s growing North Hills Innovation District.
Kane Realty Corporation announced October 27 that the North Carolina-based architecture and interior design firm has signed an 11,100-square-foot lease at Tower 5, occupying approximately half a floor of the 17-story office building.
The relocation will provide Redline with a collaborative workspace designed to support its employees, strengthen client relationships, and accommodate future growth.
A Growing Business Destination
Tower 5 features 342,000 square feet of Class A office space, collaborative meeting areas, integrated parking and outdoor workspaces.
“We are pleased to welcome Redline Design Group to Tower 5, where a vibrant mix of amenities and access to outdoor connections enhances the workday,” said Hooker Manning, director of office leasing at Kane Realty.
The 33-acre North Hills Innovation District features more than 1,500 apartments, four acres of outdoor space and approximately 60,000 square feet of ground-level retail.

Redline joins a growing list of businesses establishing offices at North Hills, including Parexel, Couchbase, flyExclusive, RSM, Brightly Software, HNTB, PwC and Huntington Bank.
“The combination of high-quality office space and a vibrant urban setting makes North Hills a compelling choice for both new and existing tenants in the Triangle,” said Mike Smith, CEO of Kane Realty.
Ryan Lawrence and Simon Copeland of JLL represented Redline Design Group in the transaction, while Hooker Manning and Alex Mikels represented Kane Realty.
