Float Spa Raleigh North is celebrating National First Responders Day by giving local heroes a well-deserved break
First responders spend their days looking after others. Now, one Raleigh spa wants to return the favor.

In celebration of National First Responders Day on October 28, Float Spa Raleigh North invites the community to nominate local firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, law enforcement officers, and 911 dispatchers for a complimentary day of relaxation and recovery.

Through its First Responders Spa Day initiative, three randomly selected first responders will receive two spa services of their choice, including float therapy, sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy, massage, or skincare treatments.
“First responders are there for us during some of the most difficult moments of our lives,” says Sean Fowler, co-owner of Float Spa Raleigh North. “They spend every day taking care of other people, often at the expense of their own well-being. We want to do something simple but meaningful to show our gratitude.”

Founded by Sean and Lizzy Fowler, the locally owned spa offers a variety of wellness treatments designed to help guests reduce stress, recover, and recharge.

“At Float Spa Raleigh North, we believe taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity,” Fowler adds.

Nominations are open through October 27, with the drawing scheduled for October 28. Residents can nominate a deserving first responder by submitting their name and a brief explanation of why they should be recognized.

Submit nominations through the spa’s Instagram account, @floatsparaleighnorth, its Facebook page, or its website. No purchase is necessary.
