Al Strong Presents Jazz on the Roof Returns to The Durham

The Durham is excited to bring back “Al Strong Presents Jazz on the Roof” once a month. Al Strong is a two-time Grammy-nominated jazz trumpeter who will bring regional jazz artists to improvise from 7-9:30 p.m. June 15. Performers will play a set, then members of the community will be invited to join in the jam session. The event is free and open to the public. The Roof will be first-come-first-served and opens at 5 p.m. for cocktails and snacks. Other upcoming dates include July 13, Aug. 17 and Sept. 14.
