Fall style doesn’t have to mean choosing between polished and practical. To create these looks, we brought together men’s and women’s pieces from some of the city’s standout local vendors.
The setting was a private residence in Raleigh’s Forty Acres neighborhood, a custom home by Speight Built that also appears in our Parade of Homes feature. Its timeless architecture, clean lines, and modern polish provided a fitting backdrop for looks that feel equally refined without being overly precious.
Think elevated workwear, dinner-party dressing, cocktails with friends, networking mixers—or even a Saturday spent touring beautiful homes. Each look is designed to be approachable, versatile, and easy to make your own.
