Experience the Best Raleigh Has to Offer

Midtown magazine offers readers an inside look at Raleigh life, from Downtown to Midtown and northward to the 540 outer beltway. Anchored in the “second downtown” of the Midtown/North Hills area, Midtown captures the capital city experiencing an explosion in growth of population, state offices, businesses, medical facilities, and homes and apartments. Blending old historic with the modern new South, Midtown introduces you to the people and places that make Raleigh the hottest place to live, work and play.

Everybody walk the dinosaur! 🦕 The long-awaited #duelingdinosaurs exhibit at @naturalsciences is opening to the public this Saturday! @nc_governor was on hand today to help bite—err cut—the ribbon.

The Dueling Dinosaurs experience includes two exhibit zones immersing visitors in the Age of Dinosaurs as well as highlighting the tools and techniques used by today’s paleontologists. The SECU DinoLab hosts a team of paleontologists who will be studying these specimens and others for years to come. This is the only paleontology preparation lab in the world that will be regularly open to the public. 🦖
