EASTER SPECIALS at VIDRIO

April 5 @ 5:00 pm

If you prefer Easter dinner, Vidrio will be offering dinner specials that evening starting at 5 p.m. April 5. The specials include:

-White Bean Arugula Fennel Salad with herb-marinated lima beans, arugula, shaved fennel, heirloom tomato, green apple, toasted walnuts, lemon basil vinaigrette and parmesan.

-Lemon Ricotta Agnolotti Pasta with charred asparagus, spring peas, lemon beurre monte sauce, shaved Grana Padano cheese and mint.

-Wood-fired Moroccan Spiced Lamb Loin with Creamy goat cheese polenta, charred spring onions, lamb jus and mint herbed pistou.
