Easter Feast in the Grand Ballroom

An Italian Wood-Fired Easter Celebration on Sunday, April 5th, in The Westin’s Grand Ballroom in the Heart of Brier Creek

On April 5, 11am-2pm, the Grand Ballroom of The Westin Raleigh-Durham becomes the setting for an all-inclusive Easter Feast built around wood-fired cooking, live chef stations, and the unhurried pleasure of a long Italian table.

The spread moves from morning to midday. Begin at the made-to-order Farmhouse Omelet Station or enjoy morning classics like Buttermilk Biscuits with Sausage Gravy. Carving Stations feature grilled marinated Flank Steak with chimichurri and a Honey-Glazed Spiral Ham with Carolina mustard sauce and Roasted Asparagus with hollandaise. The Coastal Market display adds Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and Southern Shrimp & Grits built on stone ground cheddar grits with sauteed North Carolina shrimp. A Spring Salad Garden, Fresh Fruit display, and house-made Dolci & Confections round out the table. And Cary’s own Geluna Gelato will have their gelato cart in the Ballroom for fresh scoops!

Handcrafted cocktails, mimosas, beer, and wine are available for purchase at the cash bar throughout the morning.
