Centro Celebrates 19 Years with Guest Chef Bill Smith

Downtown Raleigh’s Centro kicks off a five-part 19th anniversary dinner series on Thursday, Oct. 8, with acclaimed chef Bill Smith joining owner Angela Salamanca for a four-course dinner and welcome cocktail. The menu blends Mexican technique with Carolina flavors, ending with Smith’s famous Atlantic Beach Pie. Tickets are $120 per person, including gratuity, and 10% of proceeds from the series will benefit local nonprofits. Centro is located at 106 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh.
