Alter Scalp Spa Grand Opening Weekend

Alter Scalp Spa, Raleigh’s new coastal-inspired head spa, celebrates its grand opening weekend July 24 to 26. Alter offers a 55-minute “Alter your headspace” experience, a scalp treatment and massage in private suites designed to help you slow down and reset.
