Let it snow—truffles! Throughout the month, guests can book an exclusive White Truffle Kaiseki Chef’s Tasting Dinner at Herons. Executive Chef Steven Greene has created a seven-course meal plus canapés and mignardises (menu here). Due to importation of the truffles, the menu must be purchased at least week prior to the dining date.
