White Truffle Kaiseki Chef’s Tasting Dinner

Let it snow—truffles! Throughout the month, guests can book an exclusive White Truffle Kaiseki Chef’s Tasting Dinner at Herons. Executive Chef Steven Greene has created a seven-course meal plus canapés and mignardises (menu here). Due to importation of the truffles, the menu must be purchased at least week prior to the dining date. The cost is $295 plus tax and gratuity, wine pairings $125; available December 1-30 (except 24th and 25th). Reservations can be made online here or by calling 919-447-4200.
