Valentine’s at VIDRIO

Raleigh’s Vidrio is offering a Valentine’s prix fixe menu on Feb. 14 alongside its regular a la carte menu. For $85 per person, the prix fixe menu includes:

Roasted Beets & Burrata with wood-roasted beets, sherry glaze, burrata, pistachio, orange and basil oil

Mediterranean Braised Short Rib with red wine–tomato jus, warm spices, Niçoise olives and creamy polenta

Lobster Saffron Risotto with Carnaroli rice, shellfish stock, saffron, preserved lemon and butter-poached lobster

Chocolate Orb with milk chocolate mousse, salted caramel, chocolate cake crumb and sea salt
