NCModernist Fall Benefit Cocktail Party: Moon Over Modernism

Celebrate NCModernist’s 18th anniversary at the spectacular new 17,000-square-foot Holton House in Raleigh from 7-9 p.m. Oct. 11, 2025. Guests will enjoy live jazz by Peter Lamb and the Wolves, curated cocktails, and delicious food while exploring this Modernist estate designed by architect Joe Trojanowski. Proceeds benefit NCModernist’s mission to preserve and promote North Carolina’s Modernist homes. Tickets $149 general public / $129 members at ncmodernist.org/moon.
