Raleigh’s Boatman Spirits Co. is launching a craft cocktail and Videri chocolate pairing menu on Feb. 14, which will be available through end of the month. Videri Chocolate Factory is an acclaimed bean-to-bar chocolate maker in downtown Raleigh renown for its award-winning chocolate bars, bonbons, and confections. The drink and chocolate pairings include:

Sazarak with honey caramel

Olde Vogue with chocolate orange slice

Simon Senior with strawberry gelee

Phantom with milk chocolate ganache

Hades Gift with honey caramel

Bloody Sunset with sesame ginger caramel

Coquito with coconut ganache

Crazy like Calypso (strawberry chocolate mezcal drink) with chewy salted caramel bonbon

Woodford Reserve Double Oaked S’mores Old Fashioned with s’mores chocolate

Dessert martini for 2 (espresso, chocolate or raspberry chocolate) with coffee crunch chocolate bar to share; or order one martini and the dark chocolate ganache.
