Wine Walk for Charity

  • Lafayette Village 8450 Honeycutt Road Raleigh, NC, 27615 United States (map)

Lafayette Village continues its monthly Wine Walk event - third Thursday of each month March to October. Participating merchants will be offering free wine tasting at their business from 6pm to 8pm. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through our shops and restaurants - a great way to see all the Village has to offer and taste some fabulous wines!

Each wine walk will be hosted by a local charity. Of course, you must be at least 21 years old to partake in the tastings, but all ages are welcome to shop and savor the many restaurants. Cost is $10 to participate, with proceeds going to charity. Also, the first 100 walkers will receive a commemorative wine glass* - yours to keep – so get there early!

This month's 'Wine Walk' is in support of Second Chance Pet Adoptions

Second Chance Pet Adoptions is a non-profit animal rescue organization that has rescued stray or abandoned cats and dogs in the Triangle Area of North Carolina since 1987.

Mission

Second Chance Pet Adoptions is the oldest no-kill rescue organization in Wake County. At Second Chance, our mission is to champion homeless cats and dogs who are healthy or treatable in the quest to find their forever homes and engage with our community to promote responsible pet ownership–ultimately reducing future generations of homeless animals.
