Kane Realty Corporation is excited to announce that Oak City Roasters, along with pastries from Yellow Dog Bread Co., will open a weekday breakfast pop-up shop on the patio in front of the former Bruegger’s Bagels, located at the base of CAPTRUST and Bank of America towers. The pop-up shop will be operating between 7-10am each weekday morning.
“We are thrilled to be bringing our drip, cold-brewed and nitro-brewed coffee to North Hills. Yellow Dog’s delicious pastry selections will elevate the experience to a true gourmet café on the patio. Bring us your dream café offerings, and we’ll make it happen,” says Oak City Roasters founder Bill Landahl. The craft-roaster plans to offer sparkling iced chai tea, Hi pH water bottle refills and Keto coffee, in addition to brewed coffee. Expect Yellow Dog’s famous sticky buns, cinnamon rolls, croissants, baguettes, muffins and scones to appear in regular rotation.
“As long-standing vendors who, coincidentally, both made their first commercial dollar at our Midtown Farmers’ Market, we can’t imagine a more perfect pairing than Oak City Roasters and Yellow Dog Bread Co. to collaborate on a weekday pop-up café. The gourmet-to-go concept will thrive, as it is centrally located amongst office tenants, hotel guests and North Hills residents,” said Bonner Gaylord, Managing Director of Operations for North Hills. “We look forward to welcoming this creative activation to the property while we finalize plans for a new tenant.”
