Join Mandolin and Chef Sean Fowler for "Woodfruit - Mandolin Wild Foods Dinner" as part of the Raleigh Food and Wine Festival on Saturday, May 21. Beginning at 6 p.m., guests will enjoy a six-course pescatarian menu incorporating wild ingredients from around the state. "Wild" cocktails will be available a la carte including the "Dark and Shaggy" with rum, shag bark tea, ginger beer and lime and "The Sapphire Forest" with Bombay Sapphire, blue mushroom bitters, vermouth and pickled oyster mushroom.
